Start the day off with this great protein smoothie that both the parents and the kids will like.

Breakfast Smoothie
1 1/2 cups hemp Milk
1 1/2 cups walnuts
2 fresh or frozen bananas
2 tbsp. RAW cocoa powder
1-2 tbsp. RAW agave syrup or honey
1 tbsp coconut Oil
1 1/2 cups walnuts

1 scoop protein powder
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 cup Ice
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 cup Ice
Place all of the ingredients into the blender and blend until perfectly smooth. Enjoy!
